What You Focus on Grows

If you’ve ever worked with me, you know this is our guiding mantra.

Did you know that our minds have a natural inclination to gravitate towards negative thoughts? It’s a survival mechanism ingrained in our evolutionary history. While it served our ancestors well, we have evolved and our fear-based survival brain can lead to a lot of unnecessary stress and anxiety in modern times.

To overcome this negativity bias, consciously redirect your focus toward what you want (faith) instead of what you don't want (fear). This shift in focus isn't just a change in mindset; it's a rewiring of our brain's neural pathways, a renewing of the mind. Free will gives us the freedom to choose our thoughts.

Start focusing on what you DO want more than what you DON’T.

Imagine your mind as a camera lens. When it zooms in on negative aspects, it magnifies them, overshadowing the positives. But when you adjust the lens to focus on what you desire, you capture opportunities, solutions, and positive outcomes.

Think about skiing. If you focus on the trees, you are more likely to crash into one. But if you focus on the clear path, you’re more likely to navigate safely. Similarly, when we focus on positive outcomes and possibilities, we activate regions of our brain associated with creativity, inspiration, and resilience. This positive focus not only cultivates a more optimistic outlook but also attracts more of what we desire into our lives. We emit a non-verbal energy or frequency that brings back whatever frequency we emit.

It's about training our brains to see opportunities instead of obstacles, and solutions instead of problems. This doesn't mean ignoring challenges; rather, it's about approaching them with a proactive and optimistic mindset.

By consciously choosing where we direct our mental energy, we shape our reality.

Our thoughts become things.

When we focus on what we want to grow— health, happiness, business, an abundant life—we invite more of these elements into our reality.
If you’re ready to attract what you want in your life and your business, I’m here to help.

Change your focus, change your life.

Think about whatever is true, noble, pure, lovely, and good.
